At the website, you obtain access to the most current applications and bond forms for all types of Court Bonds, whether Judicial or Fiduciary. The completed application can be uploaded directly to our website along with the any other documents necessary for submittal. A confirmation email will be sent to the sender indicating receipt of the application and a member of the Seitlin Surety team will contact the sender within 4 hours to indicate the status of the submission. Once the bond is approved, we will forward the surety executed bond directly to you or your client, as directed.
